I would not make another purchase from this dealership. The dealer took our money and then tried to raise the price thousands of dollars. After renegotiating terms of sale the dealer then tried to get us to sing that the car had less miles than it actually did; because we where purchasing a warranty with the vehicle he tried to say this would give us extra. After we received the vehicle more work needed to be done on it before it would pass inspection. After all of this the dealer has failed to produce a title for the vehicle for registration to happen in a timely manner. We have had the dealer give different stories to us, our creditor Credit Acceptance, and the AAA office. Like another reviewer we have had to seek legal council, use the BBB, and the OH Attorney General to resolve the dispute as the dealer continues to not communicate or provide due services. We purchased our vehicle early October and have not received a title even though it is late November.
Sadly we've learned you are hosting the Liebel Family Circus which uses and ab-uses an ailing elephant called Tiny, Nosey, Dumbo, Peanuts and Bubbles... hell even she doesn't know her rightful name. This was same elephant this day last year pulling their circus truck. Another showing the degradation she endures within the circus. You, yourself took a heart breaking video of her begging and not receiving food or water... and NO it was not an act, Nosey eats/drinks rubbish veg and fruit peelings, not the fruit, soda instead of water... dry or mouldy hay. All this has been recorded. Please google her name, her owners name. 200 violations cannot lie. Have compassion and stop the misery of this beautiful sentient being TODAY!
The owner and sales staff are a real home town dealership that cares about the customer.
Purchased vehicle that was solicited on social media, paid cash, and found the vehicle has a current loan against it. Owner of dealership claimed 2 weeks ago that the title was on his desk and ready to send us in the mail...still no title and working with attorney general to resolve this issue.
